Training history you actually keep.
GrindOS logs strength, metcons, cardio, and mobility in one system. Programs you can copy. Records that are never overwritten.
Trackers lose your history. This one can't overwrite it.
Accounts close. Exports fail. An edit replaces the number you lifted with the one you typed later.
In GrindOS every record is append-only. A correction adds a row next to the original; nothing is written over. Your trend charts read from the full record, not the last edit.
One system for four kinds of training.
Strength
Sets, reps, load. PRs detected from the record.
Metcons
For time, AMRAP, max load. Scored and kept.
Cardio
Runs, rows, bike. Pace, splits, heart rate.
Mobility
Holds and routines, timed and logged.
Programs you can copy.
A block is a movement and a prescription. A workout is blocks in order. A day holds workouts; a program is days in sequence. Every one of them can be copied, so last month's week becomes this month's in two taps.
Programs repeat from a start date. Bring one you already follow: GrindOS imports from PDF, CSV, and calendar files.
Progress you can hold.
Every finished session earns toward your level. Ranks are forged materials, not colors: Raw, Iron, Steel, Titanium, and beyond. Badges mark the work that stays done.
Runs sync from Apple Health.
Record a run on your watch or phone the way you already do. It appears in your GrindOS history next to everything else.

What platforms?
Web today, installable as a PWA. An iOS app is in development.

In waves to the waitlist. No date promised.
Get in early.
